True-Great Lounge and Music!

...As well as great food, service and wonderful atmosphere. Wish there were more places like this in town. We love dressing up and stepping out nearly every weekend to Park East. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic Lounge

Get the tapas sampler and a Laughing Lab. Have your spouse get the tempura. Great food, nice staff (in the lounge), and great live music.

Good fun and good food and attentive service. My wife and I enjoy Parkeast frequently. And the entertainment is wonderful. Broken Angel is my favorite, and John Gerlock and Andy Clementi and others are most entertaining as well. Brieanna, Kendra, and Ryan and Marv, thank you. It is a delight.

VeryDissappointed

Usually have Xmas party here yearly.........no more! The service was terrible..............waiter was border-line rude. Food was very disappointing. Filet was small/ sirloin steaks were tough. Prime rib was extremely dry and looked like it had been boiled...........disgusting!! Prices were same, but portions much smaller. Drinks were outrageous and not well made. The automatic 20% gratuity was not deserved, and on top of that expecting a tip!! Was warned before the service and food was not what it used to be..............what a shame.

FANTASTIC!!!

I find the comments made by Mooser almost funny! I am not associated with the owners or park east at all. And I can already see that no matter what the manager or staff tried to do for you, it would have never been enough. Yeah....you're one of those types of customers Mooser! You probably complain to the manager at WalMart because you found a dented can of green beans on the shelf while shopping! As for Park East. We always have a great time! The food is almost always perfect. (AND WHEN IT'S NOT STAFF HAS ALWAYS MADE UP FOR IT AND BEEN EASY TO DEAL WITH) Drinks are always fantastic. And after eating in the dining room, we love that we can go to the bar and relax with others. They always seem to have some form of entertainment in the bar. So it makes for a fun time out with my wife and friends. I highly recommend the New York! It's my personal favorite.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

We are from out of town and were unsure of where to go, so we looked online. Saw some reviews but none were about poor food, service or atmosphere so we gave it a chance since a lot of other restaurants in town didn't spark our interest. We were in recently, had a great server named Krista and the food and atmosphere were absolutely outstanding. The steak and shrimp were a hit for our party as well as the filet and the appetizers. Regardless of any prior bad reviews based on accidental spills of which the whole restaurant can't stop to apologize, this is a great place to go.

No Ownership Conscience - Go Elsewhere!

Waiter dumped a full glass of wine on my shirt and slacks. Apologized and offered to buy my drink. No big deal, accidents happen, we're all human but really, at the very least you'll buy my drink after I got to sit there in wet pants and endure the rest of the evening miserably, Waiter finally decided that buying my meal (1 out of party of 8) was the right thing to do. BUT WAIT, it gets MUCH WORSE! Found out the owner was on the premises all evening, never entered our room in over 2 hours of dining, apparently never knew the incident happend so I never received a word of concern from her, AND THEN, When I heard she was there, I called back and she wouldn't even engage in a mature conversation with me about it on the phone. When I asked her name to have a conv. all I got was attitude with a snide "Who's this?" from her repeatedly!! Who is this, you ask, (found out Terra is her name)?? I am an ex-customer with untold future Pueblo dining dollars going ELSEWHERE, forever!

Will not go back

The atmosphere is nice but we waited forever for drinks food. Our steak wasn’t prepared correctly but I didn’t want to send back nor was that suggested, it wasn’t that busy when we went. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I know everbody makes mistates but they acted like they didnt care. Go someplace else!

Best Steak

Being from Texas I have a higher than usual steak guage :) The filet is awesome! so is the salmon... and the vegetable tempura is a crisp outside with warm juicy veggies inside. My drink of choice is martini, they are so yummy here especially the chocolate ones! Heard they have a website now, but don't see it listed in the dexknows... thenewparkeast.

Pueblo's little secret.

We wanted to take our daughter to a nice resteraunt for dinner on a holiday. The kids menu was very reasonable; steak, pasta, veggie and salad for $5. She was so busy eating my husband and I felt like we were on a real date. We also order the sampler creme brule; it tasted amazing and was fun to eat.

Ok

Not the best place to go for a night out or date. The food is just okay, but the service and mood is great!

Park East is so great, that it defied all rational thought

The French Onion soup is awesome, and the steak is cooked to perfection.

Just Okay

Although the setting is nice and the food is great sometimes the service can be quite bad and several time's I have went there, there has been something wrong with the food (such as a fly in the french fries or a bug in my water) so wouldn't recommend it for a nice date but it's worth a try right? =)

More Info

General Info
Park East Restaurant is Pueblo's premier family dining steakhouse. We offer a wide variety of foods at a wide variety of prices. Whether you are looking for an affordable family meal, a night out, or an upscale romantic dinner we are your choice! Park East has been a Pueblo tradition for many years and we hope that your visit evokes warm memories of days past. Many special occasions have occurred within these brick walls and we are very proud to have brought back some of the original food. The Lepetsos family dearly loved and operated this establishment and was kind enough to bestow their recipes and name upon the new proprietors, Terra and Jeff Riggio. Terra actually started her career inside these four walls, way back when it was Three Thieves. The great experience of working for the Lepetsos family led her to open her own restaurant in 1985, Riggio's Italian Villa, as well as many other restaurant experiences. Park East has many ways for you to enjoy yourself! The Red Martini Lounge is Park East's bar and a great place to be social, have an appetizer, or enjoy a cocktail while you wait for a table. We offer the same menu as our dining rooms with the addition of our 10 for $10 menu. We have live music playing in our lounge 4 nights a week and it ranges from Martini Shot Unplugged (featuring Andy & Ryan) to Patrick Kratzer and Broken Angel! Also once a month we have comedy night hosted by Brad Galli and it's always a riot! Happy hour is nightly from 4-7! Our Dining Rooms are separated into 4 different rooms and are perfect for private parties or family gatherings. We offer a special $10 menu from 4-6 monday-thursday and a weekend special straight from our chefs. Park East is also an art gallery! We feature local artists and our art curator is the very talented Jill Brake. Feel free to come by grab a glass of wine and enjoy a stroll around the restaurant to have a look at some of the beautiful art we have.
