Verizon Wireless

This has to be the worse business I've ever been to. I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and I made the biggest mistake ever by going to this business. The store leader is disgusting and unpleasant. His customer service skills are horrible. He convinced me to get Verizon's poor excuse for a tablet and when I returned on the 15th day, he said that he couldn't take it back because I brought it back on the 15th. I live in Maryland and I am only in NJ every other weekend. He knew this. I should have trusted my gut because I didn't like the way he spoke to me as though I had no knowledge on the latest technology.



I hope this review reaches as many people as possible. If you are thinking of going to Verizon, do not go to this piece of crap scam shop. You will end up spending more money than you wanted to and the service is horrible.



Wish I could give it zero stars because I would.

This business is a scam. Advised me of having a broken phone which had nothing wrong with it and convincing me into new 0hone with tons of unnecessary expense. Not to be trusted. Go to a real Verizon store.. this is not an authorized retailer. Avoid this store or get suckered into alot of money.
