        Overall

        Looked into buying a condo in Brittany.Found out about serious construction defects;leaks,rotting wood,poor flashing.POA jas hired attorney and architect and is preparing a class action suit.Is spending reserve funds to address most serious issues.A very serious matter

        If you buy there it will probably cost you a fortune in assessments and dues increases
