Original Hotcake House

this is were I bring my family when they are in town, no questions about it!

Its **AM, you're partied out, you need SUSTENANCE, and the Cutesy, Brightness of those OTHER places to get yer eggs just is NOT gonna cut it.

Where to go???

If you can find the EAST end of the Ross Island Bridge, you found the ORIGINAL hiotcake house. That Beacon in the night, that Island in the Murk, that place that when you open the door, you are WARNED "ORDER FIRST, THEN FIND YER SEAT!!!"

This ain't no cafeteria. You order at the end of the cookls station, wheer you will often see the prep of that world famous hotcake batter with whipping cream, that makes those hotcakes so fluffy, and so da*n good!!

That hot, fresh coffee awaits you at the end, and you can have yer eggs anyway you want em, as long as you want em cooked. Those hashbrowns can only be matched by one other place in town. And those breakfast steaks will surely revive all of those wated red blood cells residing in those bloodshot eyes.

IF you happen to enter during the day, the place is bright, but not so Cutesy, that you will wanna take some insulin first. GOOD prices, you will NOT leae hungry, and if you did NOT get enuff coffee, its becuz you were just oo lazy to refill YOUR OWN cup!!!!

They don't care what you look like, just be nice, let loose with a tip (They work Hard), and if you get there on the weekend, they will be a place to stand, but it clears quickly.
