Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

I had what pinch a penny called a bad check valve ...so I mention to them that the spa drain may be partially opened and that may be the cause , they insist that it's the check wave so I say fix it...needless to say we had the same problem after they changed the check valve...I mentioned it to the owners son "Jeff" and he didn't do anything about it..very rude and no customer service skills at all... His father in the other hand is the complete opposite very polite, willing to please and really cares...I guess the son got the business handed to him and doesn't really care at all... That's because it was given to him ..when really his father built-up that business..Thanks for nothing..Ralph
