I joined the Lose to Win competition in January this year and in just 7 weeks I have lost more inches than I ever imagined. My personal trainer keeps the workouts interesting, exciting and challenging for my skill range. I have thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at Progressive and the friendly, great staff that work there. The place is always kept in tip top shape. I look forward to joining and losing more inches. Thanks to everyone there!

I can't say enough great things about Progressive, The place is clean and equipment is very nice and user friendly. The personal trainers are the best and the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I joined and in just two months I have reached my weight goal and look great too! Not a gym that plays music at an earsplitting level. Cleanest and friendlest gym in Port Charlotte. No waiting for their top of the line Cybex machines. Racquetball is included in the membership with no additional charges for court time. Aerobics classes are also included. Towel service and a locker with a key are provided at no extra cost. They have 5 Certified Personal Trainers on staff. They also have a Smith machine and Dumbells from 1 pound to 100 pounds. A weight loss program called Lose to Win is a great way to lose weight, have fun and have a personal trainer two days a week for half the cost of the so called weight loss centers. A free assessment which includes Body Fat and BMI results are included. The Personal Trainer will set up a program for your needs during that first session. Karafles which is a chair type aerobics that helps with balance, tone and flexability has been designed by a Personal Trainer and Certified Self-Defense Instructor and is included free.
