I bought a brand new Toyota corolla. After winter the paint UNDER CLEAR COAT started showing black spots allover the car. Clearly it is manufactures malfunction. I went to crestmont where I got the car and their representatives said that "it is my wife's fault for driving to mall" when she only goes to work and back. Those people at crestrmont wont take responsibility for their product which they sold for so much money. This isn't how you run the business, now I am stuck with a car that paint keeps making more spots. Hopefully it wont start rusting. Terrible service.

Angelo was the first to greet me when I walked in the door. He very willingly offered his assistance and was outstanding. He answered any questions I had with full accuracy and was very pleasant to do business with. Kudos to Angelo for doing an outstanding job in providing quality customer service.

Keith was professional I left the car and said just call me when it's done. I received a call in less then an hour saying it was ready and received a call the next day as a follow up. I will continue to service with them

Todd was exceptional. He greeted me and chatted with me before we got to my car. He then asked me my concerns and if I had any questions. Todd then told me what was going to done to my car today. He walked me over to the waiting room and let me know how long the service should take.

When my car was finished, Todd appeared again, told me again what was done and what to expect in the future. He then asked me if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. He asked me if I had any questions. Then he brought me over to the person taking money and introduced me. He even had my car washed. FANTASTIC experience.
