Tom Owen, as a service advisor, epitomizes "professional". I am on my third Sonata with your dealership odometer miles. As with the previous two, the vehicle has never been serviced anywhere else, including tires, wipers, etc. I think that speaks for itself and your dealership-service team overall performance.

Other than Mo Chtalli was a professional at all times; I would recommend him to my family and friends without any doubt whatsoever.

The sales guy said that the damage on the bumper and fender of the Elantra I wanted to buy would be repaired. After agreeing on a price for the car he said that I would have to pay $450.00 if I wanted the damage fixed. That seems a little like bait and switch to me. These guys are not honest.
