Top Ten Nails

DISGUSTING- I got my nails done twice, price changed each time. I got nexgen done and within 4 days my nails were lifting and looking horrible. I went in today to complain and to show them the horrible job they did, they didnt care and told me it was my fault my nails look bad. TOTALLY laughable!!! Then told me its 35 dollars to get them redone, WHAT?!?!? I only paid 25 to get them done in the first place! these ladies are nuts! NO wonder this place is always empty. I hope they go out of business. Totally disgusted with their customer service, blaming me for my nails looking bad. WOW

This place is absolutely awful!!! I have been here a few times and Lee always did my nails and they were great, but as soon as he left it has turned into the worst nail salon i have ever been to! Saturday i went in for a full set and pedicure, the lady who did my full set was completely awful. i explained what i wanted, and she did the COMPLETE opposite! They were uneven, crooked, they were not filed properly and the acrylic is overlapping my nail bed! **Just an FYI, i spotted at least EIGHT things that could get them in trouble with TDLR and the State Cosmetology Board, i have a Cosmetology licence so i was super easy for me to point them out** I left unhappy, still paid full price, but went on my way because i couldn't stand to be in the salon any longer. They were talking about me the whole time, it was embarrassing and extremely uncomfortable, i just wanted to leave! I went back in Sunday because they just needed to be removed. I was then questioned and interrogated and treated like sh*t because i was unhappy. Even the owner was awful. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for 10 plus years and have NEVER been treated this way. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I will also be contacting TDLR and The Texas State Board and letting them know of the other issues present in this salon.
