Horrible time searching for this business two days in a row! Both the phone line and the website give you the wrong address!! Then I went to the DMV and they handed me a flyer with the WRONG ADDRESS. How have they gotten away with this? The address is for the post office. The worker at the post office to me they get people in there daily looking for the DPS. He said he has no clue why they haven't changed it.

So far, nice clerks.....just cleared the front.

Room was full when I arrived. Staff set me up with proper paperwork after verifying I had needed documents.Maybe total of 45 minutes beginning to out the door. Polite and professional

The people that work at the Plano DPS location are totally rude. I would recommend driving to another location if you can avoid this place. The lines are terribly long and the workers have no respect or patience for customers. Maybe they should be paid by the # of customers they serve rather than the hours they work. Who knows, it might make the service better and faster, but I dont think it could get any worse thats for sure.
