Shamrock Dog Grooming

I have never taken a pet to shamrock, but I do know paula and tom are wonderful with animals, and courteous enough to allow me to visit with some of the animals there.

I have taken my Tibetan Terrior to Shamrock for a couple of years. They are great. My dog is always groomed to perfection. Paula inspects her every time and has found a hot spot or two that we were un aware of. Her care and attention are greatly appreciated. She also calls as soon as "Harriet" is ready to be picked up. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants the best grooming experience for their pet.

Why Shamrock is a busy place must be because of the location. Certainly not the service. When I arrived I asked when my pup would be ready and was told in 4 hours. As I was leaving for vacation that day and on past visits I she was ready in 2 hours, I asked if the pick up time could be sooner. I was told to leave our dog and call back in an hour. I said it was actually ok if they could not do the job as I was able to make other arrangements.I was perfectly courteous throughout. Finally they said I could finish in 3 hours. When I came to get her, I thanked them, but was treated in return with insults. How could I expect a rush service when they had been so kind as to "fit me in". What, I had booked 2 months before. And then the ultimate "that is not how we do business in the Berkshires! Go back to New York" I have lived in Lenox for 20 years and have never been treated so poorly. Besides, they gave our puppy a terrible cut. She is gorgeous and they made her look like deformed.
