Randy's Lube & Auto Care Center

I used to enjoy doing business here (Terry is a standup guy, extremely professional), until I was introduced to Randy. He talked me into letting him do a rear brake replacement (rotors and pads for $300.00). Five months later, when I go to get it inspected, the inspection mechanic tells me - I need rear brakes! Then (after looking further into it) I discover, he marked up the parts 227% !!!When I looked at the original invoice from Randy - It says he replaced the FRONT brakes. When this discrepancy is brought up with Randy, he tells us - The invoice was misprinted and insists he replaced the rear brakes.If you want to read the entire review (I apologize for it's length) you can find it on other sites (yelp) that allow more content in their reviews. To make a long story, as short as possible - Randy was completely unprofessional, called my son a liar (as well as the inspection mechanic.....see a trend here?), refused to honor his previous work (or lack thereof) and will not discuss this huge discrepancy, because he can't. He knows there are things he can't explain, told me he didn't have a phone number for me and that's why he didn't contact me (read your own invoice genius, it's right at the top.....now who's a liar?). I wish I would have never met him and was still doing business with Terry. Word to the wise........An Oil Change Shop is not necessarily a Repair Shop. I learned my lesson.
