        I should have known when it took 3 calls to finally get someone to schedule a railings estimate. I signed the contract saying that I needed the railings ASAP even thought the contract states it could be 3 to 5 weeks. I called every week for status and when I did get someone which was rare they informed me they were on schedule. Well 5 weeks later I get a call saying that they don't have the material and it will be another 2 weeks.These were plain ordinary railings. I asked for my deposit back but they said that it was non refundable. I wrote a email letter to the owner Clem Carfano, no response. Must have called the company 20 times the next 2 week and got the run around from the office staff ( Hold on I'll see if he is in, Clem is on the phone, out to lunch in the shop, in meeting, will be in at 11:00, went home at 2:00) etc. When I finally did get to speak to him it was useless he was not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. After another 2 week the railings were done but he had no one to install them, he offered me $250 to pick them up and install them myself. A week later his crew shows up for the installation they installed 3 of the railings and had trouble with 1 set of the railings. They told me they were made with the wrong bracket so he drilled a hole threw the top of the railings and threaded in a bolt. He then proceed to hacksaw off the bolt cutting it the railing, then finishing with a grinder. What a mess, he then sprayed some paint on it. There was also a 1/8" gap where the rails turned which he said he would fill with epoxy and paint. I told him that was not quality work and not acceptable. So he installed 3 of the railing and took the bad one back to the shop. Well another 5 days later and the railing were complete. I can't tell you about the runaround I got from this company, worst company I ever dealt with. I would never use this company again and never recommend them .

        Broke my new steps when instal...

        Broke my new steps when installing railings. Railings had many small dents. Did not respond to my complaint calls or certified letter to the owner. DO NOT USE!
