I do not recommend going here to have your vehicle serviced. Being charged a diagnosis fee in order to get my keys back to my vehicle which is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty is outrageous. Being taken advantage of and lied to were not my espectations when I pulled into this dealership.

I recently purchased a used truck from Cadillac of South Charlotte. I drove my truck off the lot. A few miles down the road the front headlight FALLS OUT and slams against my hood. I pull over, remove it and go back to the dealership. They were accommodating but merely glued the headlight back in, leaving the actual repair to me later when I have to change the headlight. FOUR DAYS after driving my truck off the lot I get a check engine light. MAP Sensor is faulty and random misfires in the spark plugs. $300 fix within four days of having the vehicle. Called Cadillac of South Charlotte and, you guessed it, they told me "the light wasn't on here." It's easy to reset the computer and have the light come on later, which is what myself and my mechanic believe happened. It's too soon after purchase for it to be a coincidence. Now I know why they wouldn't do a 30 day warranty. Friendly guys at this place, but clearly peddling used cars that will fall apart once off the lot. Not impressed.

Great dealership to purchase a Cadillac. Will definitely purchase another Cadillac from this dealer.

Never buy a car from this place! I spend well over $60,000 on a 2015 Certified Escalade. When I drove the car I noticed that the brakes were squeaking. Tom Rhodes and the service manager assured me it would be taking care of. Here it is months later my brakes are still squeaking. Then they try to charge me to fix the problem they promised to fix. Reputation is everything to me and to tell a customer you are going to do something and then try to charge them for that very something that was suppose to be fixed anyway, that is not reputable at all. This organization isn't organized and is not worth of holding the Cadillac brand. Ed the manager called me and didn't even know why he was calling me. I must say its not just the truck I'm not happy about, the level of customer service isn't any good either. I never ever had these problems with Bill Black in Greensboro. It's hard to believe this company is still in business.

We are very satisfied with the service we have received so far. When we purchased the vehicle Marc went beyond our expectations to get the vehicle in the color that we wanted. The vehicle was delivered in 2 days. I have had my vehicle for 5 months now and love it (SRX).

So I was shopping for a used car, and I don't have the best credit, so they found me a loan, but it came with a dealer fee. Now what the dealer has the option of doing is declining it or paying it. They are not allowed to add it to the price of the car. Well these guys did, and came up with a silly lie saying the loan would only get approved if we raised the price of the car which made no sense at all. So I contacted my bank, the bank the loan was going through, the Better Business Bureau, and The State Attorney General and each said the same thing. So I'm filing a report/complaint against this dealership. The sales people were awesome, but the process was terrible and I really felt terrible about myself after it, because why would you want to rip someone off like that?
