Terence stuck with me to iron out a problem with accessing alarm.com. As it turned out I needed an update on my I-phone and Terence contacted alarm.com where they were able to identify the problem. Titan Alarm has been extraordinarily positive in every way over several years now. I had an analog camera system that progressively failed, and the Titan installer/trouble-shooter was absolutely gifted in keeping it going for a few years. There was never any pressure to upgrade, but when I decided this year to get their HD Hikvision system, he helped me choose just what I needed. Every single person with whom I've had contact, from front desk to billing to support technicians, installers, and telephonic customer support has been friendly, reassuring, smart, knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive about this company.

The Most rewarding part of working for Titan Alarm Inc. is: A customer happy, satisfied and properly protected. Going the extra mile, putting forth extra effort to discuss options, find out what a customer needs and how they will use their system provides me with a sense of accomplishment. We work for our customers, without them we do not exist! Not only employed by Titan, I have a complete Smart Home System and love saving money on my energy bill. With two a/c units not having them run needlessly by having the ability to adjust the temp from my phone is a $ saver!!! With remote access video I can check on the dog periodically. My lights are set to come on based on when sunset is, yes it knows when sunset is every day. I never have to walk in and fumble for the light switch. Garage door control and alerts if I leave it open for for a certain period of time (love it)!!! Door lock control is great for people visiting, just give them a temp code, it's that easy. A local company, yet we operate in 33 states so I'm sure we can give you the service you are looking for and deserve.

We really do enjoy the titan alarm system. It's a very secure feeling to have peace of mind. It was very quick and well installed. My daughter enjoys the way she can arm & disarm the alarm system from her mobile phone. Thank you. James C. Smith

I lov me some Ttan Aarm! They are a local company n are great with customer service after the point of sale. I have had the SMART home package for over 2 years now and love it. I get real time alerts, can view interior cameras from my phone, and my thermostats are tied into my alarm panel so that I am not excssively heating or cooling my home which saves us money. I'd recommend the SMART home system to anyone!

love the technology. I can now control my entire house from my phone!

Don't do business with this company, they lie, provide less than satisfactory products and support and they try to lock you in with a multiple year contract.

Their monitoring is handled by a 3rd party who are poorly trained and useless to handle any but the most simple of tasks.

Avoid doing business with this company at all costs as they are not professional.



The sales person told me I could cancel the contract at any time... another lie.

Stay away from Titan Alarm. Technician was not knowledgeable & lied to get the business. When I saw 2 yr agreement on the contract I told the tech no, I don't want to get locked into this. I told him that my boyfriend had just gotten a job after months being laid off. I worried that if he got laid off again, I can't afford this service. I asked him if I could cancel this at any time without penalties & he said yes. Technician also broke our old thermostat & blamed it on it being really old. Then he couldn't get new thermostat working & blamed it on how old the system was. It was Vegas summer heat over 100 degrees out. Titan had to pay AC tech to come out & fix it. That AC tech found a simple problem that the Titan tech did wrong. Now my bf is laid off again & I try to cancel my service. Dom at Titan sticks me with a $1300 bill. After argument, he says he is doing me a favor by lowering it to $600. I really do owe about $200 and want to pay that, but I am not willing and can't afford to pay $600 when I was clearly told I could cancel at any time without penalties.

have 5 of the thermostats linked with the new system. Its amazing. Has cut our electric bill in half

I got 3 of the new touch screens installed. Much better than the older system. I was impressed with the technician and the company.
