I kept telling my stylist I want my brunette hair back and she did not deliver what the picture looked like at all. The only thing she did was blend the first day and actually lighten my hair to a brighter blonde... The second day I went in for her to fix it and she showed me a red bronzie color in her mixture. (Which I absolutely hate that color on me. It looks ugly.) I denied the color she showed me and we agreed on a different color to what I thought was in fact more of a brunette color like I wanted... I went through the process again for the second time and I came out a dirty blonde... I told her I thought she was taking more blonde out and she said because I denied the color she picked out that I would have to pay for the next toner. I told my mom what had happened and she emailed and called them because she was paying with her money. The owner told her that the pictures I sent my mother were not me... How are you going to tell a mother they don't know their own child. She then continued to tell her that I was being untruthful to her as well. I'm very upset that a well known company would act so immature from the mistakes they have made. I will never make the mistake of using a company that doesn't take good care of their costmers. I think to call a customer basically a liar knows they did something wrong. I'm not a liar, I own up to my mistakes. I'm so unhappy a 4.5 rated company would treat me this way. SO DISAPOINTED!!! I want my money back! (There is one picture of my hair the first day and that was the lightest one. There are four pictures of what she gave me the second day. I also added the picture of the hair color I actually wanted from pinterest).
