Shooter's Vault

TERRIBLE! I love to support local businesses for obvious reasons. Let me tell you folks a little bit about who you're dealing with here. It might be a little long but stay with me, this is good stuff. Went there to purchase some ammo. They had none on the shelf but plenty in boxes on the floor. The guy refused to sell it to me, making up excuses about getting it into inventory and pricing it and such. He asked me to come back tomorrow only to find out it had all been sold already. Came in a week later, explained the situation to somebody else who couldn't believe that happened and so on. Today I walk in and they had exactly what i wanted in a box on the floor again. Get this...the very same guy from last time pulled the same stunt on me. I'm standing here waiving with money and they just send me away. I told the guy I can't shop here no more, this is just outrageous. And it gets better! As I walk out the door, the guy who sent me away the first time charges at me telling me...Hey buddy, no need to be f*%^!g a$$ho!@ about it. That is a direct quote. This is how they talk to their customers. This is how you get treated there.

I like to check a business out before doing business with them and this one fails the test. After talking to a neighbor I thought I would try them out with a gun transfer first. Went in a couple of weeks before I ordered a gun on line and was told there was a thirty dollar charge. Now that's OK, but my neighbor paid twenty five the week after I was in and asked. Today I go in to pick up transferred gun and they clip me fifty dollar bill. What the little added amount cost them in the long run is more than they will ever know. Any how if you don't mind doing business with some liars go for it!!!!

I can't speak to making a purchase at shooter's vault, but I did go shopping there and the person I spoke with was very helpful. He spent over an hour talking/educating me about guns I was interested in. I can't say that everyone who works at shooters vault is great, but if the service I received is any kind of representation I find it hard to believe that they would steal clips out of a new box...There is also the possibility your local gunshop opened the seal. Maybe you have a relationship and trust them, but it is possible (could be a new worker or disgruntled employee). Either way it would be good business to try to fix the problem.
