The J. W. Marriott is huge. Some of the staff even gave wrong or confused directions when asked where things were. I think some of them found the size overwhelming. However, once you get oriented the rooms are nicely done with typical Marriott comfortable bedding. We were there at the end of November during a hard and long rain storm that is not the weather you'd expect in the desert. Many facilities and walkways are outside in the open and most of the time they can be used but unfortunately not while we were there - something Marriott might consider for future planning. There is a Marriott timeshare next door that we're trying to get into for next April with hopes that the weather will be drier so we can enjoy all that the J.W. has to offer.

I love the food here, great flavors and large portions. Atmoshpere nice.
