As soon as they cashed my $15000 check, they stopped contacting me. After two weeks they said they want to cancel this contract because they have bigger jobs and this job is not making money for them. They never refunded me my $15000. They did not even start on my backyard, and they disappeared. They told me they are licensed - that was a LIE. They said they are BBB A+ that is a lie. Paul La Chance and Tiffany A Murray are the biggest con-artist that Arizona has seen. I am taking legal actions against them. And I am not alone. Be aware of their other companies they are working under Murray and sons license.

I hired this company back in November of 2014 to come and do a front yard landscape and put in a concrete driveway for my RV Gate. It took them 3 Months until January of 2015 to get together a new Design to be presented to me. and then it took another 2 months for them to come out and dig up my front yard which has never been finished. They have already been paid since November of 2014. I am now coming to May 2015 with my yard been dug up for months now Im getting critizied for the appearance of my home. The Owner Paul keeps apologizing and saying that its because he sub contracts all his work to less expensive contractors that use his Licensing under his name to give people deals. That this paticular sub contaractor owed him some work and he is having a hard time getting him to respond. Finally to the point that he said he cant preform the job. And that he is supposed to be giving my money back. And yet has done that. It has been so horrible and emarrasing, my yard is torn apart, they took my money, with no intent on cleaning up what they started or even giving my money back. I now am dealing with Legal process to get this taken care of. BUYER BEWARE THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU. BE CAREFUL AND DONT LEAVE ANY DEPOSITS!

The price was competitive and reasonable. I was quoted for 3 days work and the timeline of what was to be completed each day - it was very accurate, and after those 3 days, I was left with a great looking kitchen, and now I can cook and finally have the aromas vented to the outside. Thanks again, I would definitely give Murray & Sons a call again for future renovations.

Murray & Sons and their team did an excellent job on our foyer expansion. They knew all the right trades who also did excellent work. The work area in the house was sealed off to prevent dust getting all over. We're very impressed with the quality of the work and overall, we're very happy and would recommend Murray & Sons to anyone looking for renovations.

We had a couple of small jobs we needed completed but wanted to make sure they were done correctly. They gave a very professional impression and detailed quote. They did a great job. The work was completed as scheduled. A bit more expensive than others but worth it. We would use them again.

Every day is a new challenge and new learning experience. The hardest part of the job is learning 'on the fly' and filling roles on short notice. The fun part of the job is learning about many different areas in the business.

Murray & Sons team built amazing, The team work long days to complete this deck in short order. They were excellent about clean up and small changes we made throughout the project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of general construction. We will be calling when we are ready to finish the basement for sure!!

They were perfection the first time? The follow-up and communication was excellent, which to me is incredibly important. They got our money and they could have just said "too bad" and there would have been nothing we could have done about it. But they came back and fixed it right away to our liking and made us super happy.

I had two exterior doors re-stained and sealed. Murray 7 Sons was very easy to work with. Easy to make the appointment. Showed up on time and did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The customer service was great during the estimate. Other circumstances came up that we ended not needing their services. They were very attentive to our tight schedule and tried to accommodate our situation.

The people here were amazing and caring. Some of them generally care about you and they make you feel at home. They make you feel comfortable. Some of the people seemed to be a little childish for their age, but as long as you remember why your there everything will be fine.

Highly professional and very quick. Squeezed us in at short notice and got the job done in time to a very high standard. Would definitely use them again.
