im her oldest son and most of the stuff that the 1 star people are complaining about were their problem there was one that said that laura was lazy and rude and I think i remember the client his name is finn and so happened to make a comment cause i will be honest she tells her friends and her family about clients but this client was so rude finn was always yelling complaining about every little mistake and turns out finn was a sexual abuser to the wife and the son. during the trial he got called out multiple times so he cussed out laura then stormed out leaving the building

Laura is the best! She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Ex-spouse was requesting unreasonable parenting time and spousal maintenance, Laura quickly shut that down and negotiated hard and fairly until trial which we won in court as well. The judge seemed to know and respect her opinion. Her fee is very reasonable for her worth and I wouldn’t have been able to get through this difficult time without her. Thank you Laura!

I hired Laura near the beginning of 2016 to help with an extremely complicated, long-winded divorce case that was starting anew after moving back to Arizona. She was understanding of my concerns for my children's safety and went far above what I had expected. She and her staff were always available to help when problems arose and I am glad to say that now the divorce is over, my children are safe, I am living in my house, and can live my life again in peace. Divorces are terrible so it is important to hire someone who can handle the ups and downs throughout the case. She was even willing to give advice after the case finished and I had encountered further problems with my ex who I eventually had to get an Order of Protection against. I had hired another atty to do my case. when it got dismissed due to missing motions and petitions, I found Laura Gillis, she first calmed me down and made me feel secure. I just finished a case with this firm and logged on to write how happy i am that i chose this firm. i noticed the last two reviews and i can say that these must not have been clients of this firm. Laura and herstaff wdnt hte extra mile for my family- taking my calls at night and on weekends and laura even left her children to come to my aid when i needed help. her assistant was always responsive and spent a lot of time just listening to me vent and offered me sound calming advice. i always sensed they cared about my family. laura gave me realistic advice and i had very great results. i met with 7 other attorneys before hiring this firm. i felt so comfortable right from the start and never felt rushed. the other attorneys seemed more interested in taking my money than they did about my issue. i guess you cant please eveyone - but i logged on here to thank laura and i want to thank laura and her staff and i would recomend this firm to anyone looking for an affordable, dedicated, hardworking firm tht cares about their clients
