Tried to purchase a bike seat here, but they would Not allow me to try it out first. I offered to give them the cash for it first and they told me once I bought it it was mine no returns. Very rude.

Provided by SuperpagesI have spent nearly 10K in the last several years at Landis and have been very pleased with the quality they sell. My recent interactions with the central phx location concerning bike service and maintenance have been a total joke. The staff ignores you and when they do "help" you they display a less than courteous attitude. Is there any bike shops in the valley that actually love what they do anymore?

Provided by DexKnowsI was there to buy a bike on Saturday 5/16/09 and was there for 30 minutes and not one sales person asked me if I needed help. After the first 15 minutes 2 women came in and they jumped all over that sale. I had 3k in my wallet ready to buy. They just lost a great sale because they were thinking with their penis. I went to Gordy's instead and was professionally helped right away. Thanks Gordy's. I will never go to Landid again.

Provided by DexKnowsI have purchased 3 bikes from Landis and have sent several friends to purchase their bikes at Landis as well. The staff is great and helpful. The bikes are always well put together. The selection is good and if they don't have what you want, they will help you find it.
