General Info: Welcome to Dental on Central! Your initial appointment will consist of either a comprehensive exam or a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment and/or a cleaning may be done the same day. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to allow adequate time to fill out all necessary paperwork. If you have dental insurance, please notify our receptionist at least one day prior to your appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

A graduate of Creighton Dental School, he completed an oral surgery externship in San Francisco and studied IV Sedation at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, New Jersey. Dr. Herro was a single recipient of the American Dental Society of Anesthesia Horace Wells Senior Student Award for outstanding service in Anesthesia in June 2005. Dr Herro has worked with his father, Dr Ellison Herro, an MD Anesthesiologist, for 15 years providing dental treatment while patients are under sedation or under general anesthesia.

Dr. Joseph Santoro is a general dentist and graduate of Colorado School of Dentistry, completed an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellowship in Oral Implantology at the University of Miami ‚ Jackson Memorial Hospital where his training included implant placement, bone grafting, sinus elevation, soft tissue techniques as well as all types of implant based restorations. Furthermore, Dr. Santoro studied Sedation and Anesthesia at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, New Jersey. As one of just a handful of fellowship trained implant surgeons in the country, Dr. Santoro has dedicated his career to the pursuit of excellence in implant surgery and bone regeneration.
