        A lot of infestation in this complex! Security is really bad! Gate is always open, anyone can just easily come in and out. If I were you guys stay out of this apartment complex! HORRIBLE PLACE EVER! BELIEVE ME BECAUSE I LIVED IN FOR MONTHS AND HATED IT!!!!!!

        Terrible! At first glance they look great even luxurious in the pictures online! Cleaned up carpets, fresh paint the whole nine yards when presented to get you to rent! Dont be fooled by first impressions. Search more apartment reviews for Deer Valley Regency for yourself! You will find people complaining of Pest ( Bugs Cockroaches Etc) If u look real close you will see prostitutes hanging out at the bus stops in front of the complex and along 23rd ave in around the apartment complex flagging down cars in brood daylight. Bed bugs. Gunfights and a management that threatens to evict people for talking to neighbors about the complex's problems. It has cost me 6000.00 dollars to live here in less than 3 months wish i would have read a review before moveing in. Nobodys happy here. Move in and find out for yourself!

        Happy where I am :)

        I have lived at Deer Valley Regency Apts for 2 years now and I have had no problems (with the exception of a few Maint issues) and even those were taken care of within 24 hours, one was my own fault (ummm, clogged toilet!) the others were just lights and normal stuff. They changed the Mgr and Maint Supv about 6 months ago and they are always both really friendly and seem to care about the Apt complex and the people who live here a lot more then the previous staff. I just recently signed a new 1 year lease and I thought for sure my rent would go up and it didn't (thank God :) I live close to Happy Valley rd and every store you can imagine is there and plenty of places to eat, not to mention living close to I-17 and the 101. I will admit that my job is a little far (Downtown) but is so worth it, I love not having to live in the middle of Phoenix! Anyway, just wanted to give my Apt complex some props for making where I live, a great place to live :)
