there car are so messed up i think they just do that on purpose so they can charge u for there fup car.

I was charged 200% over my quoted price, ($400 vs $190). Please take caution before renting. This place has many hidden fee's and the quoted price is guaranteed not to be the final price. I was charged $40 more per day than quote, they added a "cleaning fee" and they added tax (which was supposedly included in my quoted price). I HIGHLY recommend you review the final cost and inquire about hidden fee's. I was told that I had to make a large deposit, so that's what I assumed the $400 of cost was. When I returned the car I didn't receive a deposit back and I realized why once I looked at the contract. They will ask you to sign a contract forcing you to pay the amount if you didn't see it during purchase, so there is no bargaining after you sign it.



If I were to do it again, I would not go with this company unless I paid my quoted price.

Phoned these clowns from the airport and was told the rate was $129.00 per week plus 12% tax, period.



The first car they gave me, I drove appox 250 yards and did a U-turn back onto their lot. The lifters were so loud that you couldn't hear yourself talk in the car and the front end was completely gone. Then they gave me another car which had over 70,000 miles on the odometer but I think it had probably been around once already.



In the second vehicle there wasn't one seat cushion that didn't have cigarette burns on it. The inside smelled like stale smoke. The padded part of the dash had a huge split right across it above the instrument panel and the rest of it looked like someone had had a knife fight in there. The power driver's window wouldn't roll down and the driver's side mirror adjustment knob was broken off. There was, what turned out to be, a clear gum-like substance dotting the entire windshield. I initially tried to remove it with the windshield washer but of course there was no windshield washer fluid in the car.



The car had zero gas in it and the guy indicated that I'd better get to a gas station right away!! The worst part was that the brakes definitely wouldn't pass inspection and we narrowly avoided a couple of rear enders.



Anyway, after driving the piece of junk for a day, I rented elsewhere and returned the car to them. Then then they had the nerve to charge me for an entire week!! The guy said that since the weekly rate was noted on the rental agreement, I had to pay for a week and there was no credit for returning the car early. There were also additional charges preprinted on the contract for S/C $2.50 and Pkg?? $3.00. There were two other charges added to the $129.00 per week plus tax that were never mentioned in our original phone call, an $8.95 per day charge for something that I never was able to read which somehow came out to 2 times that amount in the final charge plus a cleaning fee of $11.99 which is a total joke.



We took a cab from the airport to their McDowell St location and when I got out of the cab at a phone booth to double check the address, the cabbie locked the doors. Gives you an idea of the type of neighborhood this business is located in.

My husband and I rent every year when we travel to are winter home in pardise valley. It is much cheaper to rent a car per month than to ship or drive or car from North Dakota. We always get the taurus @$499 a month, thx for making are stay easy and painless.

I rented a car from able's in Oct when my car was in the body shop for about a week! There was a couple different cars to choose from, I choose the cheap one for the week for $99 a week +tax+sc it wasn't the newest car but I just needed a car to get to work. And the best part it was done on a cash deposit. thx again for the help

I rented a truck from these people to pull a trailer and the only one they had was a real beater but I was in a pinch for time so took it reluctantly.Driving off the lot I noticed there was no fuel so I pulled into gas station,while filling tank I looked to see there was no pulgin for trailer lights. I stopped pumping gas($25.03} and called Sabans only to be told to take it to a auto electric shop and at my expense have it wired to pull trailer! Back at their lot I was showed several other worn out vehicals none of which were suitible for legal towing. Iwas refunded the $23.03 for gas and told there would be a charge for one day, I refused to pay and was told to talk to Al the manager. When I got home and checked my bank account I had been charged $95.53(daily rate was quoted @$59.95 odd?}. I called and talked to Al and was told "We rent trucks not wireing have a nice day" and was hung up on. My bank has put a stop payment on the charge and I am following up with the BBB,Counsumer watch,Phoenix chamber of commerse and whom ever else will listen.BE WARNED DO NOT DO BUSNIESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I rented a vehicle from them for 3 days. When I took the vehicle, they didn't put how many miles it had on it when I left in the contract, it was a $99 a day rental. For day, NOT for miles. Upon returning the vehicle, they tried to say that I drove it more than 2000 miles and owed them $1900! When I refused to pay and told them that if they charged it to my bank I would have the payment cancelled, the OWNER began to threaten and curse at me! He made several very crude remarks about me and my husband. He locked my husband and I out of the building and refused to speak to me, saying that he was filing felony charges for nonpayment. He has already taken $800 out of my bank account. This is the most unprofessional, rude, vulgar, and dishonest establishment I have EVER done business with, and I will NEVER return. I have already hired a lawyer and am working on a civil suit. I have also contacted the local news. I highly discourage usage of this company. Enterprise is who I use now, and they are much better!

man hung up on me after i asked for a rental car rate. Said good luck finding a car during the super bowl .... click. Would not rent from them if they gave me a car.
