I recently had an excellent experience with this service. I was faced with needing a sitter while staying in a large Philly hotel this summer, my girls were well cared for, were able to get to the pool, went out to grab a bite to eat and were showered and ready for bed when I returned. Jordana was professional AND fun, what's better than that? Use them, you won't regret it.

Those who stumble upon this merger review please know it is the whole truth. I have absolutely no vested interest in this organization. I do however have a very formulated opinion. And that opinion is, WHOA! Terrific, astute, professional yet personable, and may I add extremely Knowledgeable about what they do. They Care they really do care about you as a mother and they care after their staff as if they were all family member's. They require more of their nannies then most day care centers, in terms of they leave not a grand of sand left unturned. Their staff of only American nannies does my heart good as well for they are an AMERICAN MADE company that generates and employes those from our region. I know of no other business or service like this that handles the needs of my wants. I initially used them from emergency back-up only. But when my own nanny had to leave to care for her mother I was left high and dry at moments notice. They sent me an emergency same day nanny that morning. Within three days they arranged four interviews, all great candidates, however; I wound up keeping the nanny they sent for the day for my permanent choice happy mom happy family ever since.Thought good idea to share with others.

I Am in Philly on business many times throughout the year and when my wife and two boys come with me I always call Suzette at Your Other Hands to watch my boys at least once during the visit so my wife and myself can go out for a night on the town. My boys can get to be a handful at times, I have never had anything but a wonderful experience with Your Other Hands. I was there just last week and it was so nice to go out and not even have to think there would be a problem while having dinner and then sightseeing. Thank you for making our stay in Philly great every time....I guess if I had to sum it up with only a few words, I would say...Your Other Hands is a "Given" if you do not want to worry about anything.

While recently in Philadelphia we used Your Other Hands to care for our 3 young girls. My husband and I were very pleased with their service. Our mind was put to rest as soon as we met our caregiver. She even went the extra mile and brought along games which kept the girls entertained the entire night. Thanks again. We're very happy to have found your organization and will sure to call them again next time we are in the area.

Recently was referred to Yoh from a center city hotel I was planning / hosting an event. There were more than 30 children of all ages that would be needing childcare. I was at my wits end but once I spoke to the contact person I felt more than confident I had called the right service. They put me at ease immediately. The staff that arrived were punctual, courteous & professional. They had a knack for making each child feel special. My expectations were totally exceeded. The children all had a great time and the parents couldn't be more grateful. I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

Best kept secret in the city. They are professional yet down to earth.

My friends and I recently stayed at a highly rated Hotel in City Center Philadelphia. We were advised by our Hotel that Your Other Hands was a reputable company in business for almost 25 years. The sitter that was sent to watch our two small children seemed strange but I thought maybe I was over reacting. I spent an hour sitting and making small talk with this woman as my daughter was asleep for the night and my friend was putting her son to bed before we left to have dinner at a nearby restaurant. The other Mother and I asked questions and we received what seemed to be "reasonable" explanations for the odd behavior. She also claimed 19 years with her company and said she had a child of her own. We only left for 2 hours while both kids were sleeping. All we needed was a responsible adult in case of an emergency or if a child woke up. We returned to the Hotel to find the sitter had been "removed" from her post by concerned Hotel management while we were at Dinner. It seems after we left her "odd" behavior caused a Hotel employee alarm when they delivered ice to the room. It was VERY startling to return to hotel staff waiting in our hotel suite. Although we are happy with the staff's swift action, we are sorry it had to happen. It's hard to leave your babies with a stranger and this was a our first time... Scary
