I would Strongly -- Not recommend -- T Car Care in Philadelphia Pa,,, - Stay Clear Away! Unethical business practices and vehicle Mis- Representation... Perhaps the name should be changed to "T Car - I Don't Care, Company" ??? Here is my true story, all facts....

We are Located in Phoenix Arizona, and were seeking a low miles Dodge Sprinter van - Found T Car Care listing for a "100 percent working truck- No check engine lights" - Stated in his listing - with 109000 miles on it.. Bid on it, and won the auction. Owner of T car Care seems to have limited English capability , at least that is how he presents himself. When The truck was picked up by a paid transport person,, it had check engine lights on reported which was later informed to us.. Lack of Turbo boost, missing windshield wiper - Full - Assembly on the left side - No wiper rod-Nothing there?? Broken headlight switch so truck cannot be driven at night.. Informed owner about this.. No Response.. Wrote to him on Ebay, - No Response. Turbo is faulty/ silicon-ed -not sealed. A new resonator was installed and the turbo was actuating. 2 days later the engine internally fell apart. Common for engine failure when the engine was improperly serviced and being sold! I have not received any feedback except non- acknowledgement. My next steps is to provide community awareness in every way possible. This seems to be a common selling trend according to other reviews. I will also contract the Attorney General's office with information. A used engine was purchased for $2800 Plus $1500 labor to R&R. I am not happy about this!

After numerous poor reviews that I post, I also let them know that I am posting these.. They simply do not care... Still no response to date..

I recently purchased a 2003 E350 Diesel van from T Car Care Inc. in July 2016 It was advertised on EBAY as " The van drives excellent, without any issues" The van does drive very good however the day of purchase July 7th 2016 after driving the van back to the Lehigh Valley I noticed when I parked the van, fluid identified as diesel fuel was draining out of the coolant reservoir. I took the van the following day to my mechanic who specializes in diesel repair who told me that there is a very serious problem in one or both of the engine heads and in his professional opinion the dealer was aware of this major issue at time of sale. I immediately contacted the dealer who denied any knowledge of this mechanical issue. He even went so far to tell me the van came from Maryland and he would have noticed that diesel fuel would have been draining out of the van upon return to T Car Care, Phila, Pa. The dealer who told me his name was George, asked me to get a 2nd opinion since he did not have experience with diesels when I offered to return the van to his facility to confirm the issue. After a number of phone calls to George unreturned, finally he told me after discussing the problem with his partner and indicating they lost money on the sale of this van to me, he offered to send me a check in the amount of $300.00 after I requested he share 50% of the expense to repair the engine which was estimated at $4000.00. The van cost me on EBAY $8000.00, I am sure T Car Care made a very respectable profit on this sale to me. I feel this company, T Car Care Inc ., Phila , Pa. employ's deceptive sales tactics and quite possibly hid the issue with their knowledge of the problem not disclosing the issue to me or on the EBAY site and possibly draining the coolant reservoir of mixed diesel fuel/coolant at time of sale and test drive.
I would most strongly recommend not doing business with this dishonest business , T Car Care Inc
