if i could give this place 0 stars i would. or better yet negative stars. I WAS a loyal customer to this place for over a year straight. last night i ate there and experience THE WORST customer service experience i have ever had in my entire history of eating out and not just @ a japanese/chinese spot but anywhere. I ordered my main meal and then ordered a small appetizer afterwards. I've already eaten my 1st order in which the noodle was over cooked but did not complain as i'm waiting for them to make my appetizer. i wanted to check my meter outside so i don't get a ticket. don't want this 20 dollar meal to turn into a 50 dollar meal with a 30 dollar ticket. AS i'm walking out two waiters stop me, 1 of them was MY OWN WAITER. they ask me where am i going? i told them i'm just chexking my meter. they then demanded that i leave something behind. and i nicely try to tell them i'll be right back. keep in mind i've eaten here 30-40 times in the past and actually ate there the very night before this night and i believe it was also the SAME WAITER!!. i called the manager and he ask me to speak to him in person. when i got there, instead of trying to see things from my perspective as a loyal customer all he was doing was trying to make excuses and defending his own waiters rudeness. THE WORST. from the top down. i'm going to make it a personal mission of mine to make sure none of my friends or any1 i know never step inside this place. ever.
