I’ve never been in involved in an auto accident until April of 2919 when a drunk driver rear ended me. I had no idea what the next steps were after the ER but I knew I wasn’t going to be able to do it alone. Jeffrey Pennys is the ultimate professional while making the entire process from beginning to end personable. Going to court, after having been injured, is a long process and not fun. Jeffrey made it easy to follow and understandable, walking me through the entire process personally. I wasn't handed off to a paralegal or left speaking into a machine all of the time. I had his office number, a cell number if I needed and he always promptly returned my calls if I had to leave a message (which wasn't often at all).
