Carpet Done Right

Had an extremely bad experience with this company, including Michael, the owner. They expected me to sit around all day when they showed up hours later than the appointment was scheduled. Even worse, they did a HORRIBLE job on the carpets and barely removed the stains. I had to hire another carpet cleaner who did a stellar job. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company.

I was going to get all new carpets and saw The carpets Done Right van next door, i saw the job they did on my neightbors house and i called the next day. They were very professional great price and had their own equipment which was not what i was used to. Most guys i have used in the past ask for my water or power. Not these guys, i will use them for every cleaning project i have, they can do it all!

I was painting my living room and my son accidentally knocked an entire gallon of bone white paint on the carpet, there was no way I was going to be able to clean that up, I already had in mind that the carpet in the living room will need to be replaced, I called my wife and she said get in the Yellow Pages and find a carpet cleaner, I called several companies including Stanley Steemer and no one could come out right away, the earliest anyone could come would be the next day, and the cost would be a minimum of $300.00, I was about to give up and then started to search online, I fould Carpet Done Right, to my amazement the owner answered the phone and I explained the situation to him, his name is "Michael" he stated that he would be at my home within the hour and the estimate would be $125.00, I was surprised he kept his word he and another young man came and they cleaned up the entire gallon of paint off the carpets, they even wiped and cleaned the splatter off the walls, I swear you could never tell that paint had spilled onto my carpets, when my wife came home she thought I was joking with her about the spill because she could see no eveidence of the gallon of spilled paint, Carpet Done Right charged me exectly what they stated and that was certainly not bad for an emergency call, I will always have them clean my carpets in the future, and I will always use a drop cloth in the future, This company was punctual, professional and curteous and very good at what they do, I highly recommend them.....

Yhese guys were absolutley professional, they got my carpets cleaned and did not try to sell me on something else or change the price on me, and I have to admit my carpets were very dirty, I have not had them cleaned in the last 4 years and I just couldn't take it anymore, I thought they would need to be replaced, but Michael the owner himself came and he did a fantastic job well beyond my expectations, and he was very personable, a little chatty but not over bearing, the best thing is like his commercial states, my carpets were dry in about 4 hours and they smelled and looked great, I'l always use Carpet Done Right
