Spencer Square Apartments

These apartments have the potential to be a lot better. Problem one is there are a ton of stray cats that will use the restroom on the sidewalks, porches and front door. I called the office and they said no one wants to capture them bc they don't know what deseases they have. Problem two is the water will be cut offat least four times out of the month. They always have iissues with the water. You sometimes will only have cold water. Another problem is make sure you don't get an apartment with a painted bath tub bc all that happens is it all peels off within six months. Plus aide is that they are at a convienent place. But I don't want to live here anymore waiting on the lease to go out.

The driveway is pothole city, the appliance are so out dated that it will start a fire if you cook on the stove. The fridge is falling apart,no door handles shelves are falling off. The infectation is so bad from roaches and fleas that when my company is over their picking up their glasses to keep the roaches and nets from entering their drinks. The office help is so rude when I made a complain about the water not being hot she suggested that we don't take a bath when everyone is taking a bath cause too many people are using the hot water at the same time. Only certain people are able to use or get their home maintance at a timely matter.The pool was so bad it has slime in the water,our children are unable to play in the court yard for the messes people living near by. When getting your home treated the man come in spot spray so that he can say he came by , but your unit is (seemly)over ran with the insect even more. The positive thing about the apartment is that it is close to schools,stores, and resturants. If the owner invest in the apartments than things would seem to be ok. But would I now allow my friends to move in no until the changes of management,and the up keep.
