Flagship Carwash

I took my car to get a mini-detail Friday. When I got out of the car at home, I noticed that my vinyl around my handle is now ripped/coming out of the seam. It was NEVER loose, ripped or coming apart prior to this visit to Pasadena Car Wash. The next day (i had a passenger the day I had it done, so i didn't see the carpet.) I noticed two rings on the carpet in the front. It looks like they sat the cleaning product down on the carpet and left two greasy rings on the carpet. When I returned to the carwash to complain, first, I was told that they didn't touch my door at all. (A mini-detail includes a wipe down of services with Armor All. The "manager" Cliff was very rude, cutting me off as I was trying to explain the issues with my interior.... He then informed me that it wasn't ripped (as we were looking at the rip in the vinyl). If you care about your vehicle/dont want to have to put out extra money to repair what Pasadena Car Wash has destroyed..... Go to The Great American Carwash or, basically ANYWHERE besides this dump!

horrible place to go. have had numerous issues with them, they have now destroyed all 4 of my rims and will not even give me a 35 refund, argued with me they didnt do it, truck is kept spotless, im pretty sure the rims arent garbarge. that was the owner by the way, he argued screamed and yelled at his client in the parking lot with other customers outside. said go back to the rim store, call the cops. have never been treated so poorly before and we pay this man our hard earned money, so im down 4 destroyed wheels and they keep charging 35 for a horrible job

After spending 35 for the best wash they offered name mini detail I got in car and drove 5 miles home while driving I noticed that all the dash surfaces were still dirty

I looked at the front of the car and saw bird droppings still on car

I returned about 40 minutes later and was sent to see the "manager" who told me that the mini detail was the same as the car wash but they armor all the dash with no cleaning if your car is dirty you should buy a full detail When I asked about the bird poop on the outside he said it was a rock chip funny I have never been able to rub off a rock chip with a wet rag I asked about the leaves on the floor that did not get vacuumed he said they must have blown in because I had the convertible top down No offer to do anything about the poor work NEVER AGAIN
