Right at Home Pasaena

Had a terrible incident, where my mother was not given her proper medication. the doctor changed her prescription and the caregiver never had the right pills put into the pill box. they don't do medical, and I live out of town, and their nurse never came to do that, and the caregiver never told her to come and do it. Bad care for any person in need of having a caregiver.



Their charges are exorbitant, and for me they're not there. Also the caregiver's English was not there and she or the Agency is not caring. I will never use this Agency again.

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND OFFER NOTHING!!!!!!

I was desperate, and needed to speak to a consultant or nurse right away. I found at least 30 companies who said they were available around the clock, but only one company answered my phone call, AND, their representative came to my home the very next morning, for a free consult! She understood what I was going through, and made finding some help in caring fo rmy elderly parents much more pleasant from that point forward. If you want someone to talk to, someone who understands, you should try them... I am glad I did.
