He is known to stay on top of cutting edge trends, continuing education monthly, attending hair shows and classes to keep abreast of the latest industry techniques. He is one of the top Hairdreams Laserbeamer XP, Nano and Volume Plus experts in the USA. Cesare has pioneered a detailed blending technique for extensions that has women saying "People always remark to me, I could not even tell you have extensions." His extensions are also known for adding volume and thickness to thinning hair. Hair by Cesare prides itself in providing excellent customer service as well as a warm environment for all of our clients. We are transparent in our consultation process and we will only recommend services that will improve the overall condition of their hair.

        Overall

        This was the first time I had ever been in a hair salon for so long.....,
        For the first time ever my hair isn't a pyramid! :)) I am amazed!! I'd never thought to look into curly hair maintenance,curly cuts and changing my hair color. I'm so glad I found Cesare and he completely transformed my hair and my looks. I get a lot of complaints of my hair color. I got the best hair messages ! if you're debating weather a curly cut is worth it just so it already!!!
