Great Clips

About seven years ago I went to another Great Clips in Parma and had a bad experience where I ended up with the shortest bangs known to man. This year before going to a wedding, I wanted to get a quick trim and have some curls put into my hair. My usual stylist was unavailable, so I figured I'd go to Great Clips because I thought that there was absolutely no way a trim and some curls could go wrong. I WAS WRONG. The stylist did an ok job trimming my hair, but I had to cut a few pieces on my own at home. The curls never happened. My hair was too damp (after the stylist failed to thoroughly dry my hair - BTW she kept hitting me in the head with the dryer), and when I informed here that there was no product in my hair and that is probably why the style wasn't holding - she did nothing and kept working. Finally I told her to give up and to give me a sleek straight style. She couldn't even do that! She even told me that I would have to go home and flat iron my hair myself!!!!! And I got charged the full price for a cut and style!!!!



During my visit, the whole staff was uncaring and very unfriendly. Not only to me, but to each other! You can tell they all hate their jobs - and each other!



I didn't want to believe that an experience at Great Clips would be worse than the one I experienced seven years ago...but man, was I wrong.
