I used have used this firm for our estate planning and other important documents. I found that everybody in this firm is extremely professional, thorough and kind. The attorneys are knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this firm to anybody needing any help with their elderly parents or their own estate planning.

I would NOT recommend Mr. Fluharty for anything. He is worthless and all he cares about is the money he takes from you. Now if you are a woman, then he is a good lawyer for you. He will not answer his phone or call you back. I have him for my lawyer and he is representing my ex for child support from her last husband....now how can that be???? Isn't that conflict of interest???? I didn't even know he is representing her when I hired him, he told me right out of his own mouth couple months after I hired him, Everything my ex has asked for in the preliminary hearings he was on her side and wouldn't even let me go in to my own hearings. After the last preliminary hearing I was standing outside waiting for him and he walked away from me like I wasn't even there....now does that sound like something a lawyer does???

I wouldn't reccomended this firm. I had contacted several times to get estate planning done. Each time I was told that Mr. Townsend of Mr. Fluharty would get back with me. I desperately needed to get my this estate finalized. Unfortunately it was too late. I found the receptionist on the phone was very unprofessional and un-caring.
