DONOT LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE! and I'm sure this will get filtered....We decided to board our dogs in a facility that allowed more activities for the dogs. When we got there, we found out you had to pay extra for it, which we thought was included.

When we picked up our dogs, we were handed BACK our lab's green beans saying they had extra on hand and they fed our dog those?? why do they have extra on hand- was my first thought. When our dogs were brought out, they were both acting odd. The whole way home our dogs yowled, were shaking. Something was wrong. We got home and he was noticeably thinner and our other dog was covered in mats. They complained our lab "destroyed" the old bed we brought from home. That tells us they were not given enough attention.

We took our lab to the vet and he was 10lbs lighter than when we dropped him off. He had blood in his stool, was vomiting excessively. He started eating dirt in our yard because he was so hungry. We took him to the vet and $1000.00 later and a special diet he is better. It is now April and he finally weighs what he is supposed to.

This time we didn't' have a good feeling about this place so we boarded them at the vets. My husband and I orignially dismissed the thought they were mistreated, cause "who does that?" How niave were we? after all there were good reviews...surely that meant something? (yeah ok) We thought it was him "being a lab" and that is why he was eating dirt. However after picking them up from the vets office (for boarding), they didn't make a peep the whole way home. Just wagging tales. My point is- their behavior this time says they were treated well. I will never take them any where but to our vets.

I am sorry to hear about your experience at my Parker facility. I do wish you had contacted me personally after you picked them up to discuss any problems/concerns you were experiencing especially heath issues. All dogs board differently and sometimes adjusting from kennel to home can take a toll. We try to keep the stress level to a minimum and do everything we can to keep them happy. I would have gladly helped you in ANY way possible to insure that the dogs were okay. We always have green beans in stock due to the large volume of owners requesting us to add green beans due to their diet. I am sorry I returned your supply I was just trying to use our beans to save you a bit of money.

great place

been using them for many many years and never a problem. They know pets by name, provide a report card on their stay, administer meds if needed, grooming available for pickup. They've been doing this a long time and it shows. Highly recommended.

Best pet care

No other kennel/doggy day care will leave you with better peace of mind. These people rock! Use this kennel. I have for ten years. Haven't seen it yet but they opened one near DIA which sounds like the Ritz Carlton of kennels, but I won't take my dog there because he likes to go to the Parker location where everyone knows his name.
