        Fat Ox is a chef-driven restaurant where chef/owner Matt Carter and his team including Executive Chef Rochelle Daniel craft modern riffs on regional Italian classics. A meal at Fat Ox is an evocative and experiential journey reminiscent of a family meal in Italy.
