I ordered a custom cart from FRAUD FRANK and got taken. I ordered a cart for my family 30 days prior to Christmas. (THIS WAS A MY KIDS CHRISTMAS GIFT) Frank said no problem, I can have it done any color style and for an extra $1500 I can have it titled and registered street legal. I gave my card to put half down and half on delivery and he charged the whole price. Then I never heard from him. I was calling and texting for a delivery date and pictures, but no answer. I finally here from him 2 days before Christmas asking for an insurance card to register it. I thought we were all set until the day before Christmas eve he called and said cart was almost done, I need to put motor and seats in. I thought to myself how is he going to get this street legal if he has not done it before now. I started to question him and all I got were lies. On Christmas eve I finally get my first picture. The cart was red (I ordered maroon) the tires and rims I picked out were not the same. The seats were the wrong color. I called him and he said he would call me back after he fixed it and send me pictures. He said if I was not happy he would refund my money. I did not hear from him all day Christmas eve after me trying numerus times. I was having a party and a truck shows up at 10:00 with the wrong color, no windshield, batteries were leaking and old, was not registered and not street legal. I did not take delivery so my kids had no Christmas gift. I called him and got no answer. Now he will not refund my money. I am out $7200 and I am suing him. PLEASE BE AWEAR this guy is a huge fraud and a criminal. Read his rap sheet. I don't know how a guy can sleep at night knowing he spoiled Christmas for children. He is a SCUM BAG. DO NOT BUY FROM FRANK PROVENZONO. I wish I would have read the reviews on him before I ordered from him. He also stating NO REFUNDS when I tried to get my money back. CROOK.

All I can figure is that the four 5 star ratings where total BS. Christine talks a great game and tells you what you want to here, they deliver the cart late and missing part and “temporary parts” She doesn’t want to hear it so they tell you to call the never ending rotation of service personnel. Not quite a year later my $8000.00 Custom cart is falling apart. Bolts in the roof are falling out. My lights need new parts as well as some other part the new service people tell me I need since the cart fails to move from time to time. The cart was ordered with there custom steering wheel. Still waiting on the clip to hold the card in place. Anyone looking to do business here should run...

Me & my husband bought a golf cart for our big (little)family . Christine was very delightful and very sweet to work with on building our cart . Between me & my husband couldn't decide on our color because we got to pick ANY color for free so we had trouble and Christine help us come to a color we both liked . There was a lot of very personal time with us and we LOVE our Limo . Thank you for making me & my family so happy in our choice .

My husband and I had been wanting a golf cart for a while, but were hesitant to make such a large purchase. After shopping around and comparing prices we decided the Golf Cart Warehouse was the best deal around. After talking to Christine, who was so helpful in deciding what we needed for our family, and even matched the color of our golf cart to our RV, we were excited to make our purchase. Christine was helpful and friendly, and explained everything we needed to get our golf cart street legal. Our experience was fantastic, and it took less than a week for our "new" golf cart to be built and delivered.

Helen was phenomenal!!! Great experience!!! They came through in every aspect!! Teddy the Service Manager was awesome!!!



I will recommend them to my family and friends!! Great people and I am disgusted by their competitors who try to tear them down with negativity. Anyone can contact me and I will rave about what I experienced!!!

When I found the Golf Cart that I wanted on The Golf Cart Warehouse website, I called them and was directed to speak with Sean Moore. This is where I start witnessing the great experience that I had!

Sean was very knowledgeable, helpful, cordial and took his time answering all my silly questions... Recommending better features, without being pushy. After choosing exactly what I wanted (with Sean's help), he promised me the delivery of my Golf Cart two days later. I was a little skeptical about it knowing that my Golf Cart is full with extra features.

Two days later (This morning) and almost 6 hours ahead of schedule, my beautiful Golf Cart was delivered by Ted in mint condition and exactly as ordered and paid for. Ted was very accommodating as well, when I asked him if the Cart is programmed to go over 17 miles/hour, he had a GPS handy with him, he hopped next to me and went for a ride, the Cart did 19 miles/hour.

My daughter and I have been driving it in our neighborhood for the past few hours :-).

Great ride, great features!!

I already recommended Sean to an neighbor of mine, and will do the same to many more...

My experience was just what I hoped for!!

If I told my friend about this place I'd say, check the better business bureau it gives them a F rating and so do I, Horrible experience.
