I lost my drivers license earlier that day. After work went to this location to by $4 worth of toner and was asked for my ID with my debit card purchase. Was told to use the ATM next door. Paid 5.00 total in ATM $2.50 for my bank and $2.50 for the ATM fee. what's funny is when I went back to make the purchase the girl in front of me had her picture on her bank card when the employee asked for her ID she explaind its on the debit card and they still ask to see her ID. if my card is stolen the thief can go online to Sally's and make a purchase but this location you can't buy one small product. I called their corporate location and was told this is not there policy. They only ask for ID when its a reward card or it suspicious. As I don't have a reward card my bad hairdo hense the need for toner must have made me suspicious. In any case the manager was standing within earshot and not once came to talk to me even when I was told to use the ATM next door and if I didn't like this policy I can talk to the manager right here .
