Jamie is absolutely the best realtor. I used her when I was downsizing to my retirement home and she made it so easy. Her communication skills are amazing and you can tell she really listens to her clients needs.

I was a first time homebuyer when I contacted Kirk Budd. A week after putting in an offer on one of his properties and signing paperwork to begin the loan process, I had buyers remorse. I called him to talk about it and he immediately turned into a snake on me using high pressure psychological warfare. He said that if I didn't go through with it the owners would sue me. He used fear tactics and exploited my lack of experience to force me to feel as though it was too late to change my mind. I admit I was naive, but he's an awful salesperson for caring more about his immediate payoff than giving quality service. I'll never forget his name and would advise anyone looking to stay away.

We were extremely disappointed with Kirk Budd's services. He made promises and did not keep them. He also ripped us off to benefit himself. Wish we would have known beforehand. We were young and easily taken advantage of. Now we have learned.

I contracted with Kirk Budd as a realtor to sell my house in Lansbrook, Palm Harbor, Fl. He called us one day saying that we received a cash offer for $400,000 and we needed to leave the house within 2 weeks. So, we did. He never showed us proof of deposit on the offer. We found out later that he only requested $1,000 on a $400,000 deal. He never made sure it was a serious offer. We made the mistake to trust him thinking he would work in our best interest and protect us. The deal didn't go through and Kirk didn't even know the buyer and her realtor were both from out of state. We never got the money for the deposit. We are still trying to cancel the listing agreement with him. He promised he would send the cancellation and remove the MLS. Now he is not responding our emails or phone calls, nor is his broker. We are being forced to hire an attorney to solve the problem since they not only made us lose a lot of money in renting an apartment in a rush and moving out, but he is doing nothing for us, not even responding our calls. I have spoken to many people in the Real Estate business and apparently he is known for getting lots of listing but does nothing for it. I was told he had to leave his previous office due to his lack of responsibility towards his clients. I am trying to avoid legal actions, but he is not really giving me a choice. I am not sure if his broker really known all this. Be aware.
