Good service nurse could be a little nicer, but I got great care.

I was thrilled to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday!! I needed to be seen quickly by someone within my network. I made the drive from St. Augustine to St. John's Urgent Family Care and was not disappointed. I was in and out, the facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Laura and Ebony had my issue figured out, my medicine called in and me out the door in no time. While I hope it's not often, I will continue to use St. John's Urgent Family Care for myself and my family of 5.

I've used St Johns Urgent Care every week for about 3 years. I get my allergy shots from Chamerlee Fuller. She is not only professional and efficient but personable as well. Makes my weekly visits comfortable.

My son hit his head on some rocks when hiking and we took him to the nearest urgent care, which was St. Johns. They took my son right back and were very thorough with his care. We had just switched over to a health savings account so we were worried about cost of care, but their rates were very reasonable and fair.

Often, this is the easiest way to get treatment for a working family. Weekend and late hours. They are always friendly. With my insurance, same copayment as my doctor. No appointment needed. Often times, wait time is small, but not always. Depends on the time of day and season.
