I would LOVE to be able to speak to you, Rebecca regarding the loan officer that you were dealing with. If her first name is Laura, then she actually is not a licensed loan officer anymore & I'm sure that if you threatened to go to the state of Ohio with this info then Statewide would refund your appraisal fee. I will not deal with this company because of issues in the past, however I would also love to know who the appraiser was (wasn't me). There is a chance that it was an appraiser that has been suspended by the state as well b/c of appraisal issues in the past. My husband and I were of need of a lender to help us find a way to save our home.We met with someone who said they could help and we had to call time and time again for follow ups to even get her to take our information.We finally got to meet with her here at our home she had us sign papers and then we paid our fee for the appraisal to be done.After weeks of playing phone tag before the meeting and after the market fell.I ended up calling her to only listen to her many excuses for not calling us back and then she informed me she knew of the market falling a head of time but still she told us to go through.She said she did extentions to protect us...nothing since then.We have called with many failed attempts.I have never been more disappointed in a company as I am with this one.We called and demanded our personal information to be returned to us...and yet a month later nothing no phone call nothing.I truly feel we were scammed out of four hundred dollars and it is my feeling that their was no intention of helping us at all just helping them make a little money on the side from the appraisal.Rebecca Gelhausen
