CARSTAR Of Oxford

These folks restored our paint job to perfection after a mean person keyed our new truck. They also restored another vehicle after my husband hit a deer— absolutely great work. A year ago, we stopped by to ask for advice about pine tree sap that had dripped all over the truck. The CARSTAR folks very kindly not only gave us advice but didn’t let us leave until they had the sap removed. You just don’t forget people like that who really want to help others (and do top quality work).

Quick, professional and immaculately clean! Told them I may need to wreck my car every 6 months or so just to get it cleaned. My kids asked me if it was a whole new car. Btw they do detailing in addition to body work and I would highly recommend it!

Carstar saved me from a huge service bill. My car wheel came off my car and I was looking at a few damages as well as replacement of wheels lugs and pins in which an auto repair shop not to close quotted me nearly $400!!!!! and said I have to wait 24 hours for the repairs to be done. Carstar not only towed my car but repaired it and polished the areas of damage making the car look new new. This was all done for 250 dollars, saving me a good amount of money with more services offered than the shop that quoted me before.

We take a lot of pride in our work and strive to make every customer 100% satisfied. That can not always be done however we will go the extra mile to do the best possible. We have been serving Oxford for 15 years now and love the town and people.

I had my car repaired at Carstar and the did a great job! The repairs were completed on time and when I got my car back it was perfect ! I usually don't give reviews online but I fealt they went above and beyond any expectations and besides calling to thank them I wanted to tell everyone else about my expierience.

They towed my car from the accident. Did an estimate and called me to go over it but the first thing the lady ask was " Are you alright?" It really was nice the lady there seemed to really care. They contacted my insurance company and did all of that stuff for me. My car was badly damaged so it did take a week or so to fix but when I got it back you couldnt even tell it had been in a wreck. They even detailed it! Great job guys! I hope im never in need of your service but if I am I know where i'll go.

Well, I guess this would be a good place to take your car if you didn't mind not getting it back for a month. I took my car here to be fixed, out of emergency, because they were the only place in Oxford open early enough to answer a phone call. Man, do I regret it. They still currently have my car, and it's been 2 1/2 weeks (for minor damage). I was told "we should have it done by Friday". Then Friday came and it turned into, "Oh, it'll be done by next Wednesday". Guess what folks? They found "more damage" and now it's going to take an extra week!!! They will have my car for 3 weeks....this has been a terrible, awful experience as I am at the mercy of Carstar, and continue to get the "run around". Not to mention the fact that I am having to pay out of pocket for a rental car for the entire time.
