Westcop St Matthews Day Care Center

This daycare is SO not patient with children at all. They prioritize particular children, they cradle children with good behaviors and boot children who could have the slightest inclination of some emotional disorder; i.e. crier, whiner, non-social, aggressive, confused, silent, etc...... (witnessed this myself hands on) They have 0 tolerance for parents who want to be involved with their children on a day to day basis because it causes disruptions to their classrooms or office staff. WHO HAS EVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING?! Since when wanting to know what's going on with your child a bother????? But yet your are in jeopardy of loosing your child's "spot" if your payment is late! (go figure). My child has NEVER liked this program even when he started as a very young toddler and as he became older he would let out is expressions aggressively and the program refused to handle the situation though they have been advised that the issue is them. My child has been diagnosed with having such a strong learning ability that he has become so bored with their daily plan that he would lash out because the others could not keep up with his knowledge. Each classrooms consists of several different ages to where some are so advanced and some are so behind. How does a "headstart" program operate like that. I have since removed my child and he has been happier ever since. (No outbursts of any kind)



I would highly recommend you choose any other chid care facility in this area besides this center. Yes, it may the cheapest one around but that same lack of cost shows in there lack of skills.



Be careful, if you let them know about my rating they will do anything out of their way to show you that it is not true..........that is until your child has been registered.
