        Overall

        Don't bother spending your hard earned money here. I stopped going after 7 years!! Terrible customer service and don't mind adding on to your bill for ALL the extras. Go to a privately owned hair salon. These Ulta stylists are rude and snobbish. The name gets customers inside,but they aren't professionals. I had to get a refund from the company last time because they chopped off my hair and left holes in the cut. The color was not right. I will NEVER go back to their salon. Please don't bother if you expect top notch service.
