I used this company to install a new air conditioning system in my home because their quote was slightly less than four others i had recieved. AS the old addage goes, "you get what you pay for". The company installed the system on 3/24 17. One of their representatives hand delivered a mechanical permit to our address on 4/17/18. That's over 1 year after installation. Days later an inspector, from the county, came by and subsequently failed the installation. The company sent out another representative, whom I had to supply with items, to do the repair.The inspector returned ,failing the repair. The company sent out the same representative, whom i had to again supply with items,for the repair.This representative told me that he told the company that the plenum needed to be removed and replaced. The representative told me that the company told him not to replace it, to make it work. After smearing the mastic all over by hand,and making a mess all over my new air handler, it passed inspection the third time around. In my opinion, the scary part about not pulling the permit and waiting a year later is, with no inspection, my family's safety could possibly have been in jeopardy. Spend that little extra upfront, just saying,"you get what you pay for"
