The Streets and Stormwater Division is a part of the city of Orlando, Fla. It maintains database for stormwater utility billing systems. The division answers inquiries and complaints about stormwater and conducts public awareness and education programs. The division s surface water management section provides environmental and ecological management services for lakes and stormwater facilities throughout the city. It eliminates invasive and problematic native aquatic plants from the city's lakes, waterways and stormwater facilities. The division inspects various private stormwater retention and detention facilities. It additionally maintains records of annual rainfall data. The division works with neighborhood associations, schools and local businesses. The Streets and Stormwater Division is based in Orlando, Fla.
