Riva Apartments

THE WORST!!! --This place is infested with termites. The termites are slowly eating away at the foundation of the buildings, and the office people will do nothing to fix this problem!! The termites got into my furniture and started eating away at it. Office people did nothing to help, nor did they care! The main leasing consultant here is very rude, giving attitude to everyone who steps into the office. Also, the pool has a lot of black algae in it. I pointed it out to the office staff, but they didn't seem to care. Also, there is a lot of noise at night as people congregate in the parking lot and play loud music, smoke pot, make drug deals, etc... CRIME, ROACHES, TERMITES, RUDE STAFF, -- OVERPRICED!! -- That's what Riva has to offer! -- STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible!!! I Lived there for 12 months and hated the last 11 of them. Termites in the whole building with nothing done about it after contacting the office staff on multiple occasions. The garbage system they have is always a mess and very disgusting. It is normally backed up several feet from the compactor and once again nothing is done by the office. The jacuzzi didn't not work and was half filled alot of the time and was never even warm on the few days that they claimed it was working. The leasing agents in the office lie to you about rules to get you to move in then threaten you with fines if you do not follow the rules that they lied about in the first place.... I wouldn't ever recommend this Naiborhood to anyone. It is not safe and very scary at night. Several of my Naibors where afraid to go out to their cars at night and it seemed like the police where in the complex nightly to break up fights and arrest people for all sorts of things. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother thinking about moving in unless you have very very low standards for liveing.
