I just had the WORST car buying experience of my life at Reed Nissan on West Colonial in Orlando. I have purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime and I've had my share of good and bad experiences. I know what to expect. The managers interacted with would the most rude, disrespectful, and discourteous individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have purchased Nissan vehicles from Sutherlin and Universal. They were both much better to deal with. The advertised deal brought me in and I knew there would be fine print which made the advertisement a little sketchy but regardless the last two managers I dealt with there there are not worth ANY DEAL.Avoid Reed Nissan!

My mother and I visited Reed Nissan to get a oil change . My service was quick and friendly. I was greeted by Briana. W she informed us on some of the deals they had going on at Reed Nissan and answered questions that I had. Very nice young lady that knows how to do her job well. We will be visiting soon. ����

Hello, I came into your store today and I have to say I was not happy when I left. I came in looking at a Rogue ,but to be honest, I knew that I probably would not have been able to afford it, and I would have looked at a car had they offered that, instead your sales manager and salesman tried to get me to purchase it for over 700 a month or not use my car as a trade in and to let the bank repro it, as per sales manager's claim, that it would not go against me as I would be paying for new car. Really did he think I was that stupid. Another thing the sales manager tried to get me to purchase a 2011 GMC SUV that had more miles than my 2010 avenger and even though I only really got to see the driver's side of the SUV, I noticed it had way more scratches than my car. to be honest my car is in excellent shape so for him to try and put me in that felt like a slap in the face. Also i guess you should be happy that I am posting this at the end of your so called sale where you said that if you can't finance me you'll give me $500, as I learned that was not true either. The salesman's response when I brought it up just before I left was, well we tried to finance you and you tuned it down. I'm sorry but I feel they did not try hard enough as in my opinion they could have let me look at a car instead of being narrow minded to just the rogue, and for them to try and get me to pay over $700 a month, well it's not a Mercedes or a Bentley. I will not be bringing my business to you in the future as I will look at a Nissan again down the road and I will also advise all my friends I have met here not to shop at you dealership mainly due to your sales manager being crooked and a liar. I'm giving them a star only because I have to. I don't feel they even deserve one star

Worst experience of my life. Damaged my car when tried to fix it, won't make it right. When I tried to trade it In they lied, used bait and switch tactics, doubletalk, rudeness and undervalued car I bought there 1 yr before.to make more money.

From the service dept to the sale dept will not address questions or problems, just keep repeating their lies. Only want you to spend more money.

The Worst Dealership in Florida. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not buy here if you are educated. They believe you are sheep that will believe any thing they tell you. Worst experience in my life. They make you wait 6/7/8/9 hrs to stress you out and wear you down as part of their sales tactic. They are some of the worst people in the business..

I went in to buy a car they lied to me about the resale vaule, saftey and also the gas comsuption of the car. i wish i never bought the car. i called to return the car noone ever returned my call so i called corporate and handled it never go there they are liars and just want you to buy a car .

One of the worst in central Florida

One of the worst dealerships in central Florida. They have a million different tactics for pressurizing the customer, especially if the customer becomes friendly, and play with their trust. They will somehow manage not to respond to any question from the customer that might jeopardize their sale. Their finance department is worthless and are unable to even correctly complete the paperwork for the sale of a car. Obviously, they will try not to go through the paperwork with the customer because they don't know what they are doing. When I asked the finance person what a particular tax was for and how is that calculated, she had no clue and called the finance manager. To my dismay, she did not have a clue either but she knew it has to be there. What a farce! They add a hundred different taxes and fees on top of the price of the car.



They will not answer your calls (voice messages) or emails once you buy the car. They will also pressurize you to review them as "excellent" in all categories in the Nissan customer survey even though they are far from it.



They are liars and shady people with a smiling face and a sweet tooth. They are nice only when there is a chance to earn a commission, otherwise they will treat you like crap. Beware of them.
