Quality One Wireless

I bought an I-Phone 6s Plus and it was shipped on time and I really loved the phone! I definitely would recommend Quality One Wireless if you need a good phone at a reasonable cost. :)

I dont write many reviews but feel that this company deserves one. I received my phone a day early. I would buy from this company again.

Customer Service with this company is TERRIBLE! Do not buy from them! Purchased a phone in December that did not work properly. Returned for a replacement. Took over a month to receive replacement. Replacement phone didn't work properly. Tried calling and emailing to get an RMA # to return it. Took weeks to get an RMA. Finally spoke to someone at the company that agreed to let me ship it back but wouldn't grant a refund unless they found something wrong with the phone because I was a few days outside of the refund window (which is ridiculously short-7 days!) Received an email Monday saying SURPRISE! They didn't find anything "wrong" with the phone and they are shipping the same blasted phone back to me! Asked for confirmation of shipping address and then immediately shipped the phone back out before I even emailed them back. Have been trying to reach management for 2 days now, left 3 messages, and still haven't received a call back. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 MONTHS NOW! RIDICULOUS!

I received a defective phone from Quality One Wireless. Not only did I have difficulty getting an adequate response; but when I did get the response it was unacceptable. The phone was purchased through Smart Pay and I was given the runaround. One would refer me to Smart Pay and the other would refer me to Quality One. It was extremely frustrating.

I had a fantastic customer experience when I placed my order with Quality One Wireless!! The service was amazing and my order arrived fast!!!

Sorriest company and customer service ever. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for several weeks. I keep getting the run-a-round. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Look them up there before purchasing from them. Ostap and Steve-Shame on You!
